Airtable Employee Resource Groups
As company-wide ERGs expanded, the need for a formalized, scalable system that aligned with Airtable’s newly launched brand identity, creating a consistent framework that could grow alongside the organization, was needed.
My design process began with competitive research to identify opportunities and explore visual directions. Next, a clear, scalable system for logo creation was developed and from there, I created the supporting brand collateral which included presentation templates, invites, and social assets.
